Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta has released the result of Common Admission Test (CAT) 2018 on the official website, iimcat.ac.in. The toppers have also been declared. This year, Rounak Majumdar emerged out as the topper with 100 percentile. Even 11 more candidates have also scored 100 percentile.
Apart from this, twin brothers from IIT Delhi, Anubhav Garg and Abhishek Garg have scored 99.99 and 99 .67 percentile in CAT 2018 exam. The candidates now need to keep their eyes on the expected percentile cut-offs for IIMs and other top non-IIM MBA colleges across the nation.
Factors responsible for cut-off:
There are various factors like the difficulty level of the exam, ranking of the institute, the total number of aspirants who have appeared for the exam and number of seats which determine the cut-off of an institute.
