The CAT 2018 exam was conducted by IIM Calcutta on November 25, 2018. The CAT 2018 cutoff would depend on the difficulty level of the exam and other factors. Experts released the expected CAT cutoff 2018 after the exam got over. The cutoff of CAT 2018 refers to the minimum percentile a test taker must obtain in order to qualify for the next round of selection process. Around 10 out of 20 IIMs including IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Lucknow and IIM Calcutta have already released the CAT cutoff for the academic year 2019-21. Other IIMs and participating institutes are expected to release the CAT 2018 cutoff soon. CAT is being conducted in two slots, forenoon and afternoon. The result will be announced in the second week of January 2019.
